This year, I am taking part in Moorfields Eye Charity's 10th anniversary Eye to Eye Walk!
Moorfields Eye Charity stands at the forefront of advancements in eye health. Their mission is to support Moorfields Eye Hospital in its quest to discover, develop, and deliver the best eye care. The funds raised through the Eye to Eye Walk will directly support ground-breaking research and treatments that have the potential to change lives around the globe.
As a scientist, I know the importance of raising money to fund research and how difficult it can get.
I've set a personal goal to raise £500, and I need your help to get there. Each donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to a world without vision loss.

Public engagement is certainly the most exciting science-related thing I have ever done!
It has been a great opportunity to bring science to the general public, acquire new skills and improve my CV.
It is very important to fill the gap of knowledge that lies between scientists and the general public; nowadays when everyone can access the internet, there is a lot of misinformation which generates mistrust toward scientists.
