RESEARCH

Throughout my career my research has focused on endothelial cells in physiological and pathological conditions and the regulatory role of the Vascular Endothelial Growth factor (VEGF). Furthermore, I have also studied the interaction between the endothelium and the immune system focusing on the process of lymphocyte transmigration.
